Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricular and courses, and technology-mediated teaching process.

 A teacher, in my view, is one on a relentless quest for truth and experiments with innovative methods to help his students excel in life. Education should transform him/her into an individual of great credentials and integrity. In order to equip myself for the task, I have attended many conferences and seminars in this area. I always try to implement new ideas which I have gained from these seminars and conferences in my classrooms.

Student Performance and Learning Outcomes are class participation, seminars, assignments and written examinations. Academic excellence, leadership, teamwork, social concern, environmental consciousness, critical thinking, and ethical values are also taken care of.  The teaching-learning–evaluation strategies are designed to maximize the learning outcome. Student performance and learning outcome are further assessed through feedback from students, parents, and alumni. Few programs I have attended in this connection are

  • Local Organiser cum participant of STEM workshop(national) on research-based pedagogical tools(RBPT) in 2017 jointly sponsored by DBT, British council, IISER Pune( supported by MHRD).
  • Two-day national seminar on” Autonomy for colleges-A means to quality enhancement in higher education” on January
  • Three day College level training programme in general informatics sponsored by KSCSTE in November 2010(1)
  • Member of UG and PG academic council (Physics) of SH college. (1)
